Scripture Memorization Series: James 1: 12-15

Hi Everyone!

I’m so glad to be back this month discussing James chapter 1 with all you FABULOUS gals!  I hope you are enjoying this series. I am LOVING diving deep into James and meditating on just a few verses each month.

Memorizing Scripture: A Monthly Series James 1-8 ||

It has been refreshing and encouraging to me to be able to recall the verses, especially the first set that we memorized in James.

James 1:2-5

My Brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God who gives to all liberally and without reproach and it will be given to him.

Each week and season of life presents its own set of trials and temptations, and it is encouraging to know that patience and perseverance will have its perfect work. I am also encouraged, refreshed, and thankful that we can ask God for wisdom. I know his wisdom and judgement is much better than my own.

This week we are moving on in the first chapter of James and are talking about verses 12-15.  Click below on the link to listen. (Don’t you just LOVE podcasts?!)
