14 Books to Help Your Family Through Deployment

If you have been following my blogs So You Call Yourself a Homeschooler (which has now merged into this site) or Managing Your Blessings for a while now, then it is no secret that we are an active duty Army family. We have seen our fair share of separations due to combat deployments–five to be exact.

I want to share 14 books that helped our family get through those five long years of separation due to my husband serving his country at war in the Middle East. I pray that this list of books can bring comfort to a family who is currently experiencing deployment or those families who will be facing it in the near future.

I am here for any military wives that want to ask questions or just talk. You can email me anytime! Be sure to check out our other posts about military life for even more encouragement!

Much love,
Carlie K.
